Our Visit Experience at Pizzeria Ristorante Molino Thurm Bern
Upon entering, the traditional interior with plenty of wood immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. This is supported by the relaxed service.
As a starter, I chose the Bruschette, i.e., juicy tomato cubes on crispy toasted bread. Afterward, I decided on the handmade Taglioni Bolognese. The Taglioni were like thick spaghetti and cooked just right "al dente," i.e., not too soft. The ragu sauce was convincing with its authentic taste. The service was attentive and prompt.
The clientele at Ristorante Molino in Bern is uncomplicated. So, as I was leaving, I had a brief conversation with a regular customer.
