Authentic Service and Culinary Fireworks
The service at Restaurant Terrace was excellent. We were treated extremely friendly and attentively, yet always authentic and never forced. Particularly noteworthy was the flexibility of the staff: even though we arrived a bit late for our reservation, the restaurant was very accommodating and understanding.
Our main course, the roast suckling pig, was a true fireworks display for the taste buds. The crispy crackling, tender meat, and the partially aromatic layer of bacon were perfectly prepared. The sauce was of the highest level and wonderfully rounded off the dish. Everything was served on a very hot plate, which preserved the quality of the food for a long time. The suckling pig was accompanied by a creamy risotto and fresh cucumber vegetables. Given the excellent quality of the lunch special at around 27 francs, the value for money was truly unbeatable.
Overall, Restaurant Terrace offered a thoroughly convincing experience that delighted both culinarily and atmospherically.
