Taglioni Bolognese at Ristorante Molino Bern

As a starter, I chose the bruschetta – juicy tomato cubes on crispy toasted bread. I then opted for the homemade Taglioni Bolognese. The Taglioni were like thick spaghetti and cooked just right al dente, not too soft. The ragù sauce impressed with its authentic flavor. The service was attentive and prompt.

The visit to Molino in Bern met our expectations.
