Visit to NOA in Bern
From the outside, NOA is unremarkable. Even the elevator that takes guests to the restaurant is modest. Upon entering, the interior impresses with an open-fire grill and beautiful wooden tables. The service was exceptionally friendly.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the lunch menus offered at NOA. For example, an entrecôte was available on the lunch menu, which included soup and dessert. The soup was served in small pots, which were a bit awkward to eat from, but the soup itself was tasty. The entrecôte was excellent—my "medium" was more medium-rare, but that wasn’t a problem for me. It came with delicious fries. For dessert, there was vanilla ice cream with plum compote served in a jar – a perfect combination!
We’ll definitely go there again!
