Inside, Ludmilla is simply furnished in the style of a bistro. There’s also a lovely terrace outside for the warmer months, where guests can enjoy pleasant shade under the trees. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the clientele seem to appreciate the cozy vibe.
The service warmly welcomed us and served us efficiently throughout our visit. At lunchtime, Ludmilla offers three menus with salad or soup, with at least one vegetarian option. I chose the cold beetroot soup and then had pasta with a salami-herb sauce.
The cold soup was served in a generous portion. It tasted good, though it was slightly too salty. The pasta – orecchiette – with the salami and herb sauce was well-prepared and flavorful.
For dessert, I indulged in a brownie, while my table companions opted for ice cream.
